Prefab Tiny Houses are pre manufactured metal buildings.

It has chassis for relocation purpose.

Walls are made of insulated steel sandwich panels which consist two sides of prepainted metal sheets and PU (Polyurethane) or EPS (Expanded Polystrene) Foam also known as Styrofoam.

Our models have basic electricity wiring, lamps, sockets included. That will give the unit a plug & stay property.

Now, ready models are just for you.

Is there any need for foundation for relocatable houses?

Not like regular residential buildings. But a flat surface with preinstalled sanitary piping and fittings will be enough.

What is the difference between Prefab Houses and Container?

Prefab Houses needs foundation and flat surface as this surface will be its floor. But containers have got their own floor on their steel chassis. This way container houses need less preparation and might be a solution for farm houses, temporary cabins, construction site and mine offices and accommodation.

Can container houses be modular? We will need more units combined.

As in our model PSN6, it can be combined and modular. But you should plan before ordering so that we can prepare it as multi modular.
