If you send your own drawings
We can work from a PDF, a DWG file or even a dimensioned hand sketch. For steel structures, tell us the span, the eaves height, the crane load if there is one, and the wind and snow loads at the site.
Quantities and freight
There is no minimum order for houses. For camps and dormitories the cost per square metre drops noticeably above ten units, because up to ten bare flatpack units fit into a single 40 ft high-cube container. The exact count depends on roofing, sanitary ware and furniture, and is worked out for each order.

Frequently asked questions
- How fast do you answer?
- Usually within one working day. Tenders with a bill of quantities take longer, because the steel weight has to be calculated first.
- Do you quote CIF or FOB?
- Both. Most clients ask for CFR or CIF to their nearest port; FOB Istanbul is available if you have your own forwarder.
- Can I visit the factory?
- Yes. Clients regularly come to Istanbul before placing a first order, and we arrange the visit.
