Speed is the whole point
Flatpack units load ten to a sea container, which keeps freight affordable when hundreds of units are needed. On site, the connections are bolts and nuts, so an unskilled crew can be trained in a day and the buildings rise in parallel rather than one by one.
Climate and dignity
Insulation thickness, ventilation, shading and floor build-up change by climate — a Sahel camp and a highland winter camp need different specifications. Privacy, lockable doors, family sized rooms and separate sanitary blocks for women are specified with the operating agency, not assumed.
Working with agencies
We supply against technical specifications from UN agencies, INGOs, national disaster agencies and government housing programmes, and can quote on tender documents with a bill of quantities, shipping volumes and a delivery programme.
